Depot Jaya Shop is looking for a Deputy Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. If you have a passion for writing and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation for clarity and accuracy,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Conduct research and gather information to support the creation of technical documentation,Work with the marketing team to create and maintain user manuals and other customer-facing documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
