Up Root Indonesia is seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our hybrid team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its availability, security, and performance. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to support our business objectives and drive innovation. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Baturaja and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services,Ensure the availability, security, and performance of our IT systems,Provide technical support to end-users and teams,Monitor and analyze system performance and security,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Collaborate with development and operations teams to support business objectives,Drive innovation and best practices in IT management,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V,Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a hybrid environment
