📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT staff.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
