📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily cash handling operations,Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions,Maintain and update banking records and reports,Monitor and control cash flow to prevent shortages or excess,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank tellers,Handle customer complaints and resolve banking issues,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Good leadership and team management abilities,Proficiency in using banking software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
