📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising the cashier team to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and promptly.,Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.,Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.,Assisting with opening and closing procedures to ensure accurate financial records.,Training and mentoring new cashiers to maintain high standards of service.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
