📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, its services, and facilities.,Handle and manage visitor check-in and check-out processes.,Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist with scheduling and managing appointments.,Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.,Perform other administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
