Smart Place Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them develop their skills and improve their performance.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion, and addressing any employee concerns or issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies to improve HR functions.,Work closely with department heads and managers to understand their HR needs and provide support and advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
