📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist nurses with patient care and treatment
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Prepare and administer medications as directed
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility
• Maintain a clean and organized patient room
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with documentation and reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar role
• Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
• Valid nursing certification or license is a plus
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
