Makmur Adi Cafe & Coffee is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Cianjur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
