Indonesia Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Engineer to join our team in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our team of engineers and healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that facility operations support patient care and treatment.,Maintain accurate records of facility operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or construction industry.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
