Daily, you'll oversee the preparation of dishes, manage inventory, and ensure food safety standards are met. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and other Demi CDPs to maintain the restaurant's high standards of quality and service.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and high-quality food preparation.
- Manage inventory and ensure food safety standards are met.
- Mentor and train junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and other Demi CDPs to maintain the restaurant's high standards of quality and service.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and policies.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi CDP or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Proven ability to lead a kitchen section and manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
