Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT department in implementing new technologies and software.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT services.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.,Knowledge of IT security best practices.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
