📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies.,Train and mentor junior staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
