📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Maintain and improve site infrastructure and facilities.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor site progress and report to the Site Engineer.,Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Train and mentor junior staff on site safety and operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record in site management and operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
