📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.,Preparing and analyzing financial reports to support decision-making.,Overseeing the budgeting process and ensuring adherence to budgetary targets.,Handling payroll processing and ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.,Managing relationships with external auditors and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitoring cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity for the company's operations.,Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures to improve the company's financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
