CV Terang Sakti is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. This is a full-time position based in Lebak, offering a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure the smooth operation of our fleet and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Identify and address any issues or concerns related to the fleet, such as vehicle breakdowns or delays.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and registered.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
