📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records using our in-house software.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients in both Mandarin and English.
• Handle billing and insurance inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with dental software and EHR systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
