Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet guests and clients with a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage and confirm reservations and bookings.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about our services and facilities.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Valid SIM card and ability to commute to the office.
