📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment between learning and development initiatives and organizational goals.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant HR tools.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
