📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Conduct regular audits to monitor inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.,Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
