📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods,Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Identify and address operational issues and implement corrective actions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
