📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to the best products at competitive prices.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights into spending and identify areas for cost savings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement activities align with business goals.,Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
