📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Source and negotiate prices for materials and equipment.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders and invoices.
  • Track and analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
