Express Village Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Mempawah. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. You will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and providing information about our facilities and services.

  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Keeping up-to-date with local attractions and activities

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or similar role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required
  • English language skills are a plus
