LUMEN Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to senior management.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.,Handle logistics-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
