Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for HR and Workforce Management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with industry best practices.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and implement effective solutions.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve existing systems.,Participate in system architecture and design discussions, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the project.,Mentor and guide junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on HR and Workforce Management solutions.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.,Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.,Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.,Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
