📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of industrial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage and coordinate facilities management activities, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management and project oversight, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proven track record of managing high-impact projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
