📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of grinding and polishing units, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards.
• Optimize production workflows and processes to improve overall productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and promote a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in grinding and polishing operations.
• Proven track record of leading and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with CNC machines, grinding equipment, and polishing tools.
