📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and advanced coal quality analysis using industry-standard equipment such as XRF analyzers, moisture analyzers, and ash fusion tests.
• Conduct laboratory testing to determine coal properties including ash, moisture, sulfur, and calorific value.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with international and local standards.
• Collaborate with mining and logistics teams to ensure coal quality meets customer specifications.
• Generate and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in coal quality.
• Prepare and present regular reports on coal quality to stakeholders, including management and customers.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance the skills of junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coal quality analysis and testing.
• Certification in coal quality analysis from a recognized institution such as the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) or the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
• Proven experience with laboratory equipment such as XRF analyzers, moisture analyzers, and ash fusion tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
