📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment, training, and deployment of maritime crew to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with global logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective crew transfers and deployments.
Monitor and maintain compliance with international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and STCW.
Develop and implement crew management policies and procedures to enhance safety and productivity.
Conduct regular crew evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance and professional development.
Collaborate with ship management teams to address crewing challenges and ensure smooth maritime operations.
Maintain accurate records of crew information, including contracts, certifications, and performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime crew management, recruitment, or logistics.
Certification in Maritime Safety Management (e.g., ISM, ISPS Code) is a plus.
Proficient in using crew management software like SeaNet, CrewLink, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
