As a Fire Truck Design & Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial concept to final production. You will use industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA to create and refine our technical drawings. Your expertise will ensure that our fire trucks are not only functional and safe but also efficient and cost-effective to produce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the creation and review of 2D/3D technical drawings, layouts, and production schedules for fire trucks.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize the design and manufacturing process.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to engineering teams.
• Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA to create and refine technical drawings.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate production.
• Monitor production progress and address any issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle design and engineering, preferably in the automotive or specialized vehicle manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for vehicle design and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with fire truck design and manufacturing is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
