📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, discipline, and termination processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
