📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and building services.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve infrastructure efficiency and sustainability.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate infrastructure projects with broader development goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure management, with a strong background in project planning and execution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
