📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain HR systems and applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of HR data and systems.
• Optimize HR applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Implement and manage HR software tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
