📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns for FMCG clients.
• Support the Marketing department in managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
• Utilize marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva to create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and client feedback to the Marketing Manager.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our team remains competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing services, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
