As an Indirect Procurement Specialist - Capex, you will be responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle for non-inventory items, including office equipment, IT infrastructure, and other capital assets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, develop procurement strategies, and negotiate contracts with suppliers. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing the company's capital expenditures, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement lifecycle for capital expenditures, including office equipment, IT infrastructure, and other non-inventory items.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and quality products.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze procurement spend.
• Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
