📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with multiple marketplace platforms, including Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada, to ensure seamless product listings and inventory management.
• Leverage tools like Google Sheets and Excel to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and ensure efficient transportation of products.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and logistics.
• Conduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide training and support to the team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel, and other relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
