Finns Beach Club is seeking a skilled Project Operations Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quantity surveying aspects of our projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quantity surveys and cost analysis for construction projects.,Preparing and maintaining accurate cost estimates and budgets.,Monitoring project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.,Collaborating with project managers and contractors to ensure project goals are met.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.,Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.,Conducting site inspections to verify project progress and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Experience with project management software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
